Almost everybody who owns a Smoker loves to make pulled pork. That’s why especially for pulled pork we try to make sure you have plenty of recipes to choose from when you are visiting the Recipe section of the Bradley Smoker Website.
INGREDIENTS
150 to 500gr of ribeyes
1 Tbsp sallt
1 Tbsp pepper
20gr butter
Recommended bisquettes
Pecan
DIRECTIONS
Season 6 steaks with salt and pepper prior to smoking (recommended for top flavor: 2 days)
Set smoker temp to 90°C
Place 2 steaks per rack and use middle 3 racks locations
Place thermometer in smallest steak and place on top rack
Using pecan wood, start cooking and smoking while the smoker heats up – cook until internal temp (prior to tenting and searing) hits desires temp (for a perfect Medium Rare steak set the temperature to 50°C)
Pull off and tent for 10 minutes
Flash sear on 200°C grill for 1 minute per side
Dress steaks with butter and ENJOY THE BEST STEAK EVER!!!
